This was my entry for the Colorado Art Education Educators' Show. It was my protest in neon about having to give my students a grade for their work in my Art class. Every child who tries their best deserves an "A" even if their work isn't suitable for an art gallery.Behind the A's are the B's, C's and D's that administrators expect from time to time and they will not see the light of day...they remain dark. The title of this work is, "I'm not giving grades anymore, I'm giving all A's."
